Cake Drop Order & Policy

• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after you receive our confirmation email.

• Deposits: Required for custom cakes to secure your date and design.

• Payment: Full payment due one week before pickup or delivery.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Cancel 10+ days in advance → full refund.

• Cancel <10 days → partial or no refund.

• Report order issues within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

 

Delivery & Pickup:

• Fees: $30 within 25 miles of Salem, $50 to Salt Lake City. Longer distances? Contact us.

• 72 hours notice required.

• Provide a three-hour delivery window and contact info for someone available.

• Ensure the location is accessible and ready during the window.

 

Allergies & Special Requests:

• Peanut allergies accommodated; other allergens not guaranteed.

• Custom flavors, designs, or large orders may require extra notice and fees.
